In winter, the area transforms into a winter wonderland with a toboggan run and ski opportunities for both cross‑country and downhill skiing with 5 slopes. The nearby town of Goslar has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992, with the Rammelsberg Mine, the historic old town, and the Upper Harz Water Management System located directly in Hahnenklee, as well as the world‑famous stave church. Apartments 144 and 145 are located directly next to each other and are therefore popular with large groups or families traveling together. 4–5 persons.
