A trip on the Harzquerbahn railway to the Brocken is an experience not only for steam train fans. Thale with the impressive Bodetal valley and the Hexentanzplatz are very close by. Castles and palaces attract those interested in history. The Rappbodental dam is home to numerous attractions such as the Megazipline and the world's longest pedestrian suspension bridge. Or how about a leisurely raft trip on the Wendefurth reservoir. Wild West fans will get their money's worth in the western town of Pullmancity. These are just a few of the activities that will make your Harz holiday unforgettable.
