The house is located just outside the town of Wiesmoor, directly on the Fehnkanal.The property, with its own park (approx. 20,000 m²), offers you plenty of space to linger. The bathroom has two washbasins, a shower and a WC.The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails, etc.) is about two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
