The generously designed flat with approx. 69 square metres extends over 2 levels (1st floor and attic), the maxim here is "arrive and feel good". The bright upper floor flat is ideal for 2-3 people. Both the shower room and the kitchen open from the hallway. It is equipped with a microwave oven, 2 ceramic hob and a dishwasher. From the kitchen, a staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, where the bedroom and the walk-in wardrobe are located. Right next to the kitchen is the living room with a cosy sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, stereo system and DVD player. From here you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony with table and chairs, while the bedroom offers a cosy bed for dreaming. In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, an ironing board and iron as well as a sauna (for a fee), which can be used communally. Free Wifi is of course available throughout the house, and there are plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy each other's company, whether on soft cushions, at the large dining table or on the balcony.
