This ground-floor holiday flat is located in a wing of a large farmhouse, which stands alone in a quiet location for a relaxing holiday in the interior of Schleswig-Holstein, just a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea-Schlei. The estate is located in a district outside the town centre of the harbour town of Kappeln.The town of Kappeln with its nightlife, restaurants, shopping facilities and culinary specialities is just 6 kilometres away. You can spend a day by the sea and on the sandy beach 7 kilometres away. Horse riding is 5 kilometres away and a golf course is 8 kilometres away.In the right wing of the estate, this holiday flat offers two people a comfortable stay in a living space of 70 square metres. Renovated as a holiday flat in 2014 (and continuously maintained), the entrance area leads to a living room, a separate kitchen with dining area and small terrace, a bedroom with double bed (190x200 cm) and a shower room. In the bedroom you will find a double bed surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. In the morning, the first rays of sunshine greet you through a generously proportioned window. The window can of course be darkened with a large curtain if desired. The bedroom has a parquet floor and carpet. The bathroom is a shower room with a shower cubicle, a WC, a washing machine and a washbasin with mirror. In the living room you can relax after a day out on a very comfortable leather couch and be entertained by a flat screen TV with satellite connection. A stereo system accompanies your stay with your favourite music. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with four-zone hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Inside the kitchen there is a dining area with two chairs by the window. An outside door leads through the kitchen to a terrace. You can quickly move your meal outside on the terrace. Use the garden furniture and the barbecue for a barbecue evening together. A car park is available on the property. The landlord can also arrange the hire of bicycles.
