The detached holiday home is located in a holiday home area. In a very quiet location.The distance to the lake is approx. 110 metres. Lake Heeder has a beautiful sandy beach.At the lake there is a large water ski facility, volleyball court and a large trampoline,and a snack bar.There are 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m) and a bathroom, as well as a kitchen and living room with an open staircase to the upper floor. There is heating in all rooms (gas heating). Just over the "border" is the Bourtange fortress. The perfectly restored small fortified town to the east of the city of Groningen dates back to 1580. Like most fortified towns, Bourtange is built in the shape of a star.Clemenswerth Castle, the megalithic tombs and the moorland are other marvellous places to visit.
