The building is around 13 metres high, making it quite imposing. Nevertheless, it is not particularly conspicuous in the cityscape, as it is located in a cul-de-sac, albeit only a few steps away from the Pfeifer bookshop in Heiligegeiststraße. The warehouse was built in 1904, making it 112 years old. After much effort, it has now been converted into a residential building with 8 flats.
