The ground floor comprises a large living room with stone walls and exposed beams, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and direct access to the south-facing terrace through a glass door. There is also a WC and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is a wealth of information in the house about the many tourist attractions in the area. Stairs lead up to the first floor with three bedrooms. All have a double bed (140 x 190cm). One of the bedrooms overlooks the garden and even Mont Saint Michel. There is also a WC on this floor. Children will enjoy the 25m² games room, with table football and pool table, as well as many toys. A cot can be provided free of charge. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and each room has a convection heater.The terrace, garden and a parking space are reserved for you. The site is fully fenced. The 500m² wooden garden terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, deckchairs and a grill. The garden offers magnificent views of the countryside and Mont Saint Michel.The nearest grocery shop and several restaurants are just 2 to 3 kilometres away. There is also a shop selling regional produce and a pizzeria in the town centre. The house is ideally located for exploring Brittany and Normandy. Mont Saint Michel is just seven kilometres away. Whether you simply want to relax, enjoy cultural or culinary experiences, or go in for sport, it's all possible within a 50-kilometre radius.
