This flat is located on the ground floor, on the north side of the house.In front of this entrance is a gazebo for outdoor dining with a marble table and wrought-iron sofas with comfortable cushions.The flat's private garden is also equipped with an outdoor shower, a barbecue and two deck chairs.Entering the living room, on the right is the well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, gas oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, mocha and filter coffee machine, and a washing machine. In front of the kitchen is a fireplace and a wooden table with six chairs.In the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. The living room leads to the bedroom with a French window, a double bed and an extra bed. From the bedroom there is access to the bathroom with shower.The flat is very well equipped and has Wi-Fi and central heating.The holiday house with a garden of 2000 square metres is surrounded by a chestnut forest and is only 800 metres from the village, and consists of three holiday flats.Situated 500 metres above sea level, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.The house is luxurious and recently renovated. The floors are light-coloured and of the same quality and colour throughout the house, as are the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The exterior of the house is well maintained and takes into account the surroundings.There is a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from April to October).In Marina di Castagneto our guests have access to a Maremma pine forest (with changing room, toilets, water, deckchairs and parasols) and access to a free beach.The medieval village of Sassetta is situated on the hills of the Costa degli Etruschi, in a very green area from which you can enjoy amazing views of the woods and the sea.
