Spacious wellness holiday home with sauna, wood-burning stove and south-facing terrace for the whole familyYour holiday accommodation offers four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and two shower rooms. The house is therefore equipped for eight people, ideal for two families. The sauna and the wood-burning stove in the living room are ideal for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and the maritime furnishings give the house a very special character. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading onto the south-facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and much more. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the directly adjoining utility room. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and private sauna. One of the (parents') bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) is located on the ground floor and is therefore ideal for bringing the grandparents. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and two with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). There is also another bathroom with shower. Note on WLAN: Unfortunately, the providers only allow a maximum Internet speed of UMTS. Instead of WLAN, you can refuel for a few days.The holiday home is located in Grimersum (approx. five km to Greetsiel). It is located in a quiet residential area with other holiday and private houses in a cul-de-sac.The boat harbour is only 60 m away. The canal there has a connection to Greetsiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by skate. A nice public playground is only a few steps away, so you can leave the children alone. A restaurant and shopping facilities are approx. 3 km away.Two car parking spaces belong to the property. The garden shed contains garden furniture and a barbecue. Enjoy sunbathing or marvellous barbecue evenings on the south-facing terrace.
