Our flat is not only an ideal retreat for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, but also offers direct access to a wide range of leisure activities in both summer and winter.The 45 m² flat is located on the 1st floor and is lovingly furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a cosy living room with a kitchenette and a flatscreen TV, as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The entrance hall is also equipped with a cloakroom. The highlight is the furnished balcony or sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing. Breakfast can be booked on site on request and a sauna is also available for a fee.Outside, you will find a beautifully designed terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, perfect for enjoying the idyllic view. There is also a charcoal barbecue at your disposal. The country-style guest house has its own access to the lake, which can be shared and gives you free access to the beach. Car parking is available directly at the house.The area around the flat offers something for everyone.
