The cosy eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle - everything you need for self-catering. An inviting dining area and a flatscreen TV make the room perfect for cosy evenings in. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washer/dryer. The separate WC and a comfortably furnished bedroom with an extra bed and space for a cot complete the interior of our flat.Outside, a spacious balcony facing south-west invites you to relax. Equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquillity of Winkl here. The lake is only about 1 km away, and we offer free bathing tickets for the lake promenade, the eastern shore and the outdoor pools in Kössen and Reit im Winkl.
