We are perfectly situated between the picturesque village centre of Scuol-Sot with its beautiful squares Bügl Grond and Plaz and only a few minutes walk below the lively Stradun with many restaurants and various shops as well as the thermal bath Bogn Engiadina. From our home you not only have an unrestricted view of the Engadine Dolomites, but you can even see as far as Tarasp Castle from the panoramic window.You can confidently do without your car for skiing: the bus station with a direct connection to the ski area, the Bogn Engiadina and the railway station is just 100 metres away.In our house a family or 2 couples will find a spacious holiday home on 3 levels. By arrangement, additional sleeping arrangements are possible for 2 adults and 2 (quieter, more adult children), making a total of up to 8 people possible. However, we prefer to rent to up to 4 people.The flats have fast Internet, WLAN, 2 TVs, a massage chair, two spacious open and fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms with new upholstered beds with new very high-quality pocket spring mattresses, Swiss stone pine furniture and wardrobes, high-quality and modern furniture in an exciting mix with Swiss stone pine elements. Our house has a south-facing balcony with a fantastic mountain view, 2 terraces with mountain views, a private garden with herbs and delicious berries in summer. Garden spa with sauna and whirlpool.Your skis and bikes can be stored dry in the garage or on the lower terrace. E-bikes can also be charged there.Modern bathrooms with the highest standards, such as a rain shower and bathtub with mountain views. Balcony, two terraces, garden all around, barbecues, ski bus 50 metres. The lower bathroom was completely remodelled in 2025 and now has a floor-to-ceiling shower, a spa whirlpool bath and a separate guest toilet, all with high-quality granite, stone and pine elements.In our private home you will notice loving attention to detail throughout, with meticulous and constant professional cleaning.In the mid-season 2025 we have completed our new home spa with sauna. Our natural wooden floorboards, which have been naturally treated with bee oil, provide pleasant warmth for your feet. Various supplies for everyday use are always freshly replenished. The coffee comes from the Jura fully automatic machine or various French presses, depending on your preference.
